Have you ever wondered why you feel more energized after exercise when you just used a lot of energy? There are several reasons why exercise makes you happy. One of the reasons is that exercise releases dopamine, which is necessary to feel happiness and pleasure. Working out also helps you let out stress from that day, it is a good outlet for energy. Exercise also energizes you, it makes you feel stronger and you are doing something that will benefit you. Your confidence is also boosted because when you work out you feel better about your body which makes you elated and less worried. A recent scientific study shows that exercise also eases anxiety and boosts your mood. It helps you sleep as well! As you can most likely guess, exercise uses energy so it will make you tired and be able to sleep better. If you exercise often it will help your sleep schedule because you will need more sleep so you will more than likely go to sleep and wake up at decent times to maximize your about of sleep. Exercise over all, is a really good investment of your time that will improve many aspects of your life.
