Emmanuel Macron is projected as the new president of France. He won 66.1% of the votes against Le Pen.  Emmanuel was a civil servant and investment banker. Macron will head to the Elysee Palace on May 14. He has great plans for France. He wants to make a European Security Council to bring together military, diplomatic, and intelligence leaders to provide safety to the people of France. He decided to elect the EU Parliament to replace Britain’s MEPs after the UK leaves. He has also made a 5 year plan to invest $42 billion in certain areas.
